Hayes get's 'Popular'

It's been one of the most anticipated albums of the year around the world but
now fans can breath a sigh of relief! Former Savage Garden frontman, Darren
Hayes, will be releasing his second solo album, titled 'The Tension and the
Spark', on September 6th this year but before that we get a slice of what's to
come with his new single. The single is titled 'Popular' and is released to
radio on July 12 before hitting store shelves on August 23.
Earlier this year though, fans had the opportunity to check out his album in
it's entirety at exclusive listening parties.
The album, compared to Hayes' debut effort, according to the fans, is completely
different to what you'd expect - but not in a bad way: it's darker than 'Insatiable'
and very personal. The fans love it, and Darren? "So far I'm very excited
about everyone's reaction and I can't wait to get the music out there", he
says.
Definately one to look out for!
